- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period
- Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time
- Refunds for annual subscriptions are provided on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days
- After 30 days, no refunds are available, but you retain access until the subscription expires
- Credit package purchases are non-refundable once credits have been added to your account
- Unused credits expire based on the package or plan (typically within 30 days)
- If you experience technical issues that prevent credit usage, please contact support
- If a video generation fails due to a system error, your credits will be automatically refunded to your account
- Failed generations due to content policy violations are not eligible for refunds
- Lifetime access purchases are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase
- Within the 14-day period, refunds may be requested if no credits have been used
